| Wow...It has been forever. I honestly have to say that I forgot about xanga! oops... This summer has been crazy, and it is almost over. I finished my job yesterday. I loved it! Everyone was awesome and I learned a lot. I'm kind of sad to leave them, but I am going to the beach tomorrow! I'm also ready to get back to school to be away from my parents. I think I'm moving back during First Week sometime. Oh well...adios for now...unless I forget again! | | |

| Well, my day seemed shorter today! My "boss" didn't come in until 1:30 and it was awesome. I was able to do my work without someone hovering over me! Well anyway, I designed this super cool brochure today! I'm so excited! It's for a scholarship fund that our company has. Otherwise, I just enjoy relaxing everynight! It got super hot today! It reached 99! I tried to stay inside.
Oh another cool thing happened yesterday! I told my Mom that for her birthday, I was going to get us tickets to see Barbra Streisand in Atlanta in November. Well the tickets went on sale yesterday at 10:00am and it is only the hottest ticket in the country! I am blocked from most websites at work so I told her Saturday that if she wanted to go she would have to order the tickets. She picked me up for lunch yesterday and said she got them! They are the cheapest tickets and they were $102 a piece! They went up to $750 I think! It is a once in a lifetime thing and my Mom has seen or heard everything she's ever done. I like her too! It will be awesome! She did her farewell tour a few years back, so she's coming back! woo hoo!! | | |
| I saw this movie tonight, and it was pretty good. Although, I was one of the youngest people in the theater...lol
Work is awesome. I was a little skeptic about whether I would enjoy it to start off with, but I really love the people I've worked with and most of the work they give me! I'm learning about all sorts of things! I've only worked for 2 weeks, and I feel like I've been there for at least a month. I do miss school though. Also, I love the weekend! I always appreciate them so much more in the summer! God put just the right amount of days in a week and weekend! He gives us a break but makes sure we don't get lazy! | | |
| So...I started my job today! The strange thing is that I wasn't really nervous. I guess I had been to the place enough times for interviews and teller school that I know where things are. Everyone was nice. I already designed a flyer to give out to prospective employees! I wasn't expecting that. I also helped design certificates for a company ice cream eating contest! The only thing bad about the day is that it was really long for some reason! We went to Columbus Productions to see how they publish the company magazine. I'm going to spend 2 weeks of my internship there. But, all went well. I met a few really cool people and hope to meet a lot more because a lot were out today. I hope everyone else is doing great! I miss all my school buddies soooo much! I hope the summer will pass fast with this job. Also I finally bought this GWTW collectors edition! It is taking up my free time lately. It has a lot of stuff on it! | | |
